We are delighted to have Andrew Hetherington Chief Executive of Business to Arts as our guest speaker at our Crowdfunding Event in Garter Lane Arts Centre on Wednesday April 4th.

Andrew joined Business to Arts in 2007 following 7 years in Corporate Treasury with a division of Rabobank International. He became Chief Executive of Business to Arts in 2014 and leads the organisation in the delivery of its core mission to broker, enable and support creative partnerships between businesses, individuals and the arts.
Prior to becoming Chief Executive, Andrew was Project Director where he lead on all sponsorship, philanthropy and art collecting consultancy projects for our corporate members and clients. He is also author of/contributor to our research publications on arts philanthropy, fundraising and sponsorship.
In 2009, Andrew was part of a US Department of State funded research visit to the US which aimed to identify trends and future opportunities for philanthropy in Ireland. Since then he has played an integral role in developing Fund it, the crowdfunding website launched by Business to Arts in 2011.
Andrew graduated with a Masters in Cultural Policy & Arts Management from University College Dublin in 2007. He now regularly contributes as a guest lecturer. He is the Chair of the Butler Gallery in Kilkenny and sits on the Steering Group of Culture 2025
