We are seeking the skills of creatives: artists, designers, historians and others to support our vision to make WCQ a distinctive, welcoming and engaging place.
In 2021 several utility boxes in the Cultural Quarter were painted, and five years later, with a new WCQ Strategy, it’s time to revisit the artwork.
