Dr Eamonn Kelly

Dr Eamonn Kelly is a Principal Officer at the Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht working in the all-of-Government Creative Ireland Programme.  Eamonn was previously posted for four years as Ireland’s Attaché (Culture, Heritage and Gaeltacht) to the European Union based at the Permanent Representation of Ireland to the EU in Brussels, and has also worked for a number of years as Senior Inspector in the Department’s Heritage Division.
