City of Lights has returned for ‘Imbolc’, the ancient Celtic festival celebrating the beginning of spring. Illustrators include Anne McDonnell, Karen Nolan , Vadim Taranenko, Darragh Lyons and Brian O’Shea.
Waterford City and County Council ‘City of Light’ initiative is funded by Fáilte Ireland’s Urban Animation Investment Scheme.
